Today is the 1st of March, so it is time to refresh our wallpapers. I provide you with an alternative here.
The photo features the Paris Wheel near Place de la Concorde in the center of Paris. It was taken in November last year with a Lensbaby Composer Pro, which created the blur effect on the edges. It was a very gray and foggy in Paris with little color in the day, therefore I converted the photo to black and white. It also adds a bit to the drama of the photo.

In a few days we will enter February 2013, so it is time to prepare for a new calendar desktop wallpaper.
The photo was taken a few years back. I will not tell you were I took it, but I can tip you that it also can be found in my recently published book. 🙂

The year 2013 is soon upon us and we will start the month of January with a snowy wallpaper, specially for you who do not get to see much of the snow and ice we have so much of here in Stockholm.
This photo was taken in the Nacka Reserve Forest at the end of November when the first snow had come to Stockholm.

December is rushing towards us and the world outside is already completely white here in Stockholm. The first snow has arrived, so it is time to bring back some color into our lives, or at least onto our desktops.
The December 2012 wallpaper is a photo of a Purple Cone-flower or Echinacea Purpurea from the Asteraceae family. The photo was taken in Stockholm in mid October this year.

While hurricane Sandy is rushing through the north-east of the USA leaving a trail of devastation in nature, here in Stockholm most of the leaves have already left the trees and autumn is in full swing.
The November 2012 wallpaper photo is rich with autumn colors displaying a recently fallen leaf. The photo was taken during the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk in Stockholm in the middle of October.

For the October 2012 wallpaper I have chosen an image of Stockholm. The photo is taken from Riddarholmen in central Stockholm overlooking Kungsholmen with a clear view on City Hall or Stadshuset (click the image above to view and download!).
During the photoshoot I also created a panorama view over Kungsholmen.
